These terms cover your use of SeatPlanMaker. By using the site, you agree to them. I run SeatPlanMaker myself, so "I" below means me.

What SeatPlanMaker does

SeatPlanMaker helps teachers make classroom seating charts. Making and printing a chart is free and needs no account. SeatPlanMaker Pro adds saved classes, planning and behavior notes, and CSV and JSON exports.

Your account

You sign in with an emailed link or code, or with Google. Keep access to that email or Google account secure, because anyone who controls it can sign in as you.

Pro subscription

• Pro starts with a 7-day trial. The trial needs a card.
• After the trial, Pro costs $19 a month and renews each month until you cancel.
• Cancel from your account page before the trial ends if you don't want to be charged. Cancelling stops future renewals.
• Pro is for one teacher and includes up to 30 saved classes.
• Stripe processes payments. Email me about any billing problem.

Your content

Rosters, charts and notes you enter are yours. I use them only to run SeatPlanMaker for you. You are responsible for entering only student information that your school allows. The Privacy Policy explains how that information is handled.

Fair use

Don't use SeatPlanMaker to break the law, attack or overload the service, scrape it, or get into other people's accounts. I may suspend accounts that do.

No guarantees

SeatPlanMaker is provided as it is. I work to keep it running and your saved classes safe, but I can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copy of anything important.
