About SeatPlanMaker

SeatPlanMaker is a classroom planning product for teachers who need a clear seating chart without turning the job into a design project.

I built it around the work teachers already do: paste a roster, set the room shape, pin placements that should stay fixed, shuffle the open seats, and print a chart another adult can read.

The shipped tools cover two parts of that workflow. The classroom seating chart maker turns a roster into a working chart. The desk arrangement generator compares rows, pairs, pods, and compact layouts before names are assigned.

SeatPlanMaker also publishes practical classroom guides on desk layouts, printable charts, and substitute teacher handoffs. Product questions, feedback, and support requests come directly to me.
